Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is always free in the continental US!
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact us—we’ll do our best to assist you.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@featherandfirellc.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be in processing and unable to be changed.
